Overview

This application ("Bot Assistant") is a private internal tool operated by UTI Taiwan / Velopulse for internal business use only. It is not publicly available.

Data Collection

This app accesses the following Google services with your explicit consent:

• Gmail — Read, send, and manage emails on your behalf
• Google Drive — List, read, create, and manage files
• Google Calendar — Read and manage calendar events

Data Usage

Your data is used solely for providing AI assistant functionality through Telegram and LINE bots. Data is processed on our private server and is not shared with third parties.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored securely on our private server. No passwords are stored. Conversation logs are kept for service improvement and can be deleted upon request.

Data Deletion

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings. Contact [email protected] to request data deletion.
